How to Apply

    Visit our website to explore our available rental properties and find a location that perfectly matches your lifestyle.

    Choose a day and time that works best for you — we're here to accommodate your needs!

    We require two pieces of photo ID, two bank statements, and two pay stubs. We'll send over an application for you to complete.

  4. 4

    Once we review your application and documents, and check your references, we'll move to the decision stage. At this point, you'll find out if you've been approved or denied.

  5. 5

    If approved, we'll send you a lease for your review. Once all final documents are signed, we can schedule the key handover.
